Eksport fejl fra Navision til Excel
Når man eksportere en dimensionskode fra Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) Navision 5.0 eller
fra Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) Navision 5.0 SP1 til Microsoft Excel, dukker følgende fejlbesked
op: "tilføj linier fejlede. Microsoft Office Excel returner følgende besked:
Navnet er ikke gyldig"
Symtoms
When you try to export a dimension code to Microsoft Excel from Microsoft Dynamics
NAV 5.0 or from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 Service Pack 1, you receive an error
message that resembles the following:
The call to member Add failed. Microsoft Office Excel returned the following
message: That name is not valid.
This problem occurs when the dimension code is exported to Microsoft Office Excel
2003 or to Microsoft Office Excel 2007.
Cause
This problem occurs because the dimension code that is exported contains a blank
space or special characters.
Workaround
To work around this problem, make sure that the dimension codes do not contain
a blank space or special characters. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Financial Management.
2. Expand General Ledger, and then click Budgets.
3. In the Budgets dialog box, click Functions, and then click Export to Excel.
4. In the Export Budget to Excel dialog box, click the Options tab.
5. In the Column Dimensions field, click the ellipsis button (…).
6. In the Dimension Selection dialog box, make sure that the dimension codes in the Code column do not contain a blank space or special characters.
7. If the dimension codes contain a blank space or special characters, rename
the dimension codes. For example, if a dimension code is named "My Name," you
can rename the dimension code to "MyName" or "My_Name."
