Den danske udgave af Navision 4.01
Den danske Navision version 4.01 indholder en række nye faciliteter.
Nedenfor kan du downloade den nye 4.01 version af Navision (også kaldet Navision
4.0 Service Pack 1 eller blot 4.0SP1).
Nogle eksempler på de nye faciliter du kan finde i 4.01 er opsummeret nedenfor:
Standard Journals
On the General Journal a function has been added in order to support the ability
to save journal lines as standard journals as well as to retrieve the saved journals,
e.g. a payroll journal, a recurrent journal of various expenses, etc.
Export to Excel on six Reports
To support the integration with Excel, six most frequently used reports have
been extended with a functionality allowing the export of the report data and
a dataset to Excel. A check box is placed on the option tab, when checked the
data and the datasets are exported to a spreadsheet. An info sheet with is
generated on the spreadsheet.
Add logo on 4 documents
From the Sales and Receivables setup form it is possible to indicate if a logo
should be added to the listed documents below and how (left, center, right). The
logo will then be printed on the documents. The logo is captured as a bitmap on
the company information setup.
Three new reports within Financial Management
Three new reports have been added to the reporting ability of Navision. These
reports are designed with an exception on the standard GUI guidelines.
- The Fiscal Year Balance (or extended trial balance, or Column Balance) enables
you to analyse variances and balance sheet movements. The Fiscal Year Balance
shows the Closing Balance until the end of the previous Fiscal Year for each ledger
account, the Fiscal Year until this period, this Fiscal Year until the end of
the selected period (or alternate ending date), Balance until the end of the selected
period(or alternate ending date), excluding the closing entries.
- The Balance Comparison – Previous Year is an overview of the GL Account with
information about the current period, the balance at the end of the period (YTD,
end of period or alternate ending date), the balance in the same period from the
previous year and the balance (YTD, end of period or alternate ending date) of
the previous year.
- The Trial Balance by Period (period balance) enables you to analyse the movements
in the selected period and the impact of these movements on both the balance sheet
and result. The Trial Balance by Period shows the opening balance by ledger account,
the movements in the selected period (month, quarter or year), and the resulting
closing balance.
Master Data Handling Form
A form has been added to the Industry Template set of feature and it allows an
easy interface to export the format of the data set to an excel file and to import
them after the master data has been copied to the correct format in the excel
spreadsheet. This form is only available from the object designer.
